We will endeavour to keep your personal information accurate and up-to-date and will take the following security measures:

• ・We will take preventive and corrective measures against unauthorized access, leakage, loss, damage, etc., of your personal information.
• ・We will provide necessary education and supervision to employees regarding the protection and proper handling of customer's personal information.
• ・When outsourcing, we will perform necessary and appropriate supervision of the outsourcer, such as concluding a contract regarding the protection of personal information with the outsourcer and confirming whether the customer's personal information is safely managed.
• ・We will carry out regular audits on the handling status of customer's personal information, verify the personal information protection management system (our efforts regarding personal information protection), and improve safety measures as necessary.

6. Procedures Concerning Requests to Disclose, Correct, Suspense, etc.

If you would like to request disclosure of the purpose of use of your personal data (Disclosure of Personal Information ) held by us, correction, addition, or deletion of the content thereof, or suspension of use, deletion, or suspension of provision to a third party, please contact us for information on the necessary procedures.
